Guidelines
The members of Gravity Card are self regulating and legally independent in their operation of respective cable cars and lifts, as well as bike parks and down hill runs. The purchase of a Gravity season card entitles the guest to use all included lifts and leisure facilities in the summer season (Gravity Card is not valid as a ski ticket); the actual service level agreement is dependent on the corresponding company whose facilities are currently being used (the terms and conditions of the respective company apply). Any liability towards guests, whether contractually or legally, for incidents that may arise in the use of cable cars and lifts, as well as bike parks and downhill runs, concern only the company in whose area of responsibility any incident occurs. There is no liability on the part of the other Gravity partners.
Loss of Gravity Card
The loss of a Gravity Card can be reported to one of the local Gravity partners, stating the blocking number (this can be found on the purchase receipt). If proof of identity is provided, the Gravity Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be issued after payment of a processing fee of € 25.00. No replacement will be issued if you forget to bring your card with you.
Misuse and use by third parties
Gravity Cards are not transferable. All Gravity Card holders must take care of their card to avoid third parties having access to it. Misuse will result in the card being withdrawn immediately and without replacement; an additional fee of € 150.00 must be paid.
Reimbursement in the event of injury
In the event of an injury, a pro-rata refund is possible up to 9 weeks from the first possible day of use.
The refund can be processed locally at any Gravity Card sales point – regardless of where the Gravity Card was purchased. The calculation always runs up to the day on which the card is deposited in a Gravity Card bike park.
An application for a refund can also be made by post. The date of the postmark is considered the deposit date. Postal refunds can only be processed with the bike park where the Gravity Card was purchased. For tickets purchased online, the refund is processed by Hinterglemmer Bergbahnen Ges.m.b.H
Regardless of whether the refund is made by a local bike park or by post, the Gravity Card, proof of purchase and an original medical certificate must always be presented. The exact amount of the refund will be calculated when deposited by the respective sales point.
