Mindful hiking with Shinrin Yoku elements
Every Thursday in July, August and October, Maria Leutgeb - initiator of the 'Forest Bathing on the Asitz' project, trained hiking guide and Shinrin Yoku expert - will lead a mindfulness day on the Mountain of the Senses.
The meeting point is at the base station of the Steinberg lift at 10.00 am. You will then experience a relaxed ascent with the Steinberg lift and hike down to the valley to the 14 stations with many stops dedicated to well-being and regeneration with and in nature.
