HumanFactor Training Saalfelden
HumanFactor-Training: Der Mensch im Mittelpunkt nachhaltiger Prozesse
As part of the Saalfelden Leogang Focus Years, Protect Our Winters Austria and the Saalfelden Leogang Tourism Region are inviting you to a two-day HumanFactor training course - for anyone who wants to do more than just plan sustainable change, but actually bring it to life.
Why is this important?
Because sustainability doesn't fail due to a lack of facts, but often because of people. Because of resistance, misunderstandings, uncertainties - or simply because real change always takes energy. This training therefore provides practical tools to help get people on board, defuse conflicts and design change processes in such a way that they actually work.
What to expect:
Practical tools from psychology, process design and modern change management
Analysis of the "sustainability dilemma" and typical forms of resistance
The HumanFactor Compass #1 (Understandin behavior) and #2 (Designing processes)
Exchange with practitioners from the Alpine region
A joint start to tree planting with "Trees for tomorrow" - because good processes need roots
The training is part of the EU-funded Interreg project HumanFactor and is being implemented as part of the focus years 2024-2027.
Limited number of participants - first come, first serve.
