Help with Access Problems

 

If you are having problems accessing the Mountainticket app, here are some troubleshooting steps:

 

 

 

 

  • Make sure the application is open on your smartphone. 
  • Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device, as this is required for access.
  • Make sure location services are enabled on your smartphone.
  • Check that your ticket is valid and active in the app.

 

Have you inserted your phone on the LEFT? 
Hold your phone near the access reader with the app open.

 

 

 

 

Move the phone along the antenna.  

 

  • Restart your phone and try again.

  • Disable and enable Bluetooth and location services.

  • Make sure the app is up to date (install an update if necessary).
