Smartphone ticket - through the turnstile with your mobile phone
NEW: Download your lift ticket directly to your mobile phone and try out this new feature with us.
- Download the "MountainTicket" APP
- Select ski ticket
- Select the purchase method "Use your phone as a ticket"
- Buy ski ticket
- Open wallet & activate bike ticket with one click
- Put your phone in your LEFT pocket and start skiing
- Parking at Asitz: Please validate your ticket at the Information Centre before leaving by car.
- Make sure the application is open on your smartphone.
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device, as this is required for access.
- Make sure location services are enabled on your smartphone.
- Check that your ticket is valid and active in the app.
Have you inserted your phone on the LEFT?
Hold your phone near the access reader with the app open.
Move the phone along the antenna.

Restart your phone and try again.

Disable and enable Bluetooth and location services.

Make sure the app is up to date (install an update if necessary).
