The tour starts with a trip on the cable car up to the Asitz mountain station (lift pass required!) After completing the Asitztrail (intermediate difficulty) the route follows uphill and downhill sections to the Thurneralm. From here, it continues along a magnificent woodland and meadow trail (Egger-Trail) to the Spielberg plateau. Then, cycle past the Spielberghaus and Burgeralm and along a forest road down to the Gasthaus „Eiserne Hand“ in Fieberbrunn. Another short climb takes you to Hochfilzen. The return journey follows a comfortable cycle path back to Leogang.
