The house can be rented as a whole 'Wohfühl country house' (about 230 square meters) or alternatively as a larger house apartment (about 150 square meters) and a smaller garden apartment (about 80 square meters). The house is south-facing and through various balconies or terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day. The house apartment with about 150 m2 arises from the combination of upper floor & ground floor. Upstairs are the double room I with balcony and integrated bathroom / toilet. The adjoining double room II (or children's room for a maximum of 4 children) with balcony also has its own outside shower / toilet room.
On the ground floor you find the entrance hall, kitchen and living room and a double room with integrated bathroom / toilet with access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is a single room with sink and a guest toilet accessible from the hallway. Next to the living room there is a kids play room. This apartment is located on the garden level and has about 80 m2 of living space (3 rooms including the integrated sauna) and has access to the approximately 300 m2 beautiful garden. The entrance is protected from the wind with a covered staircase and easily accessible from one reserved parking spaces. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The separate entrance leads to the hallway and TV lounge and from there you can enter a completely new kitchen (with double couch) with exit to the garden of course, with terrace and sunshade awning.
