This was the Out of Bounds Festival 2017
Leoganger Bergbahnen
Hütten 39
5771 Leogang
Leogang is and remains the world cup race of the great stories and thus also closely linked to a man who seems to be unbeatable here - whether with or without a defective bike - the U.S. American Aaron Gwin celebrated his Leogang-Hattrick this year, the fourth of his 17 World Cup victories in Salzburg bike mekka. Aaron crowned himself as the fifth downhiller, who succeeded in winning in the same place three times in a row, finally to the King of Leogang: “I don’t have a lot of words. I am just so stoked. It’s been about a year since my last win. I am just so happy, it was so much fun. It was a wild run, really dry and I made some mistakes at the top. I had some pretty loose moments and even grazed my hand on a pole. It was a full board race run. I am stoked to get down without a crash. It was just a great weekend all around." The British Tahnee Seagrave was able to celebrate her first World Cup win in the women elite category.
