Our animals are slaughtered directly at our farm without stress. Crucial for the tenderness and the aroma development of meat is a sufficient maturation, which takes at least 7 days for young cattle. The meat is then professionally cut and portioned by our son Siegfried in the farm's own processing room. The meat can be ordered in 5 kg or 10 kg mixed packages.
