Biological Bee Farm
Alfred Bründl from Leogang started beekeeping at the age of 13. He received his first bee colony from a neighbor as a thank you for pruning fruit trees. In the following years, more colonies were added. He completed his vocational training and master craftsman education in 2005 with distinction. Later, he pursued further training as a TEH practitioner and itinerant teacher.
Since 2007, the bee colonies of the organic beekeeping Bründl Alfred have been managed according to the guidelines of organic farming. In addition to honey, other bee products are created. Ongoing training and engagement with their use have contributed to the expansion of the product range.

The business also includes the cultivation of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and berries. Part of the harvest is gently dried in his own drying cabinet. In 2023, he expanded the cultivation to include a film tunnel with 130 m² of usable area.
