Quiet sunny country house on a hillside with good access. The elevated hillside creates a clear view from the Hochkönig in the east to the ski area in the west. Likewise, a clear view of the Saalfelden basin. The premises have access to the west terrace with open fireplace and an access to the east garden terrace in the basement. The house can be rented as a larger house apartment (about 120 square meters) and a smaller garden apartment (about 80 square meters). You will find more detailed information in the homepage. The garden apartment offers a sauna with solarium. The house is south-facing and through various balconies or terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day. This apartment is located on the garden level and has about 80 m2 of living space (3 rooms including the integrated sauna) and has access to the approximately 300 m2 beautiful garden. The entrance is protected from the wind with a covered staircase and easily accessible from one reserved parking spaces. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The separate entrance leads to the hallway and TV lounge and from there you can enter a completely new kitchen (with double couch) with exit to the garden of course, with terrace and sunshade awning.
