What a showdown at the Downhill World Cup in Saalfelden Leogang: In a dramatic final, the Frenchman Amaury Pierron dethroned the physically battered triple winner Aaron Gwin. In the women's race, Rachel Atherton celebrated an acclaimed comeback and local hero Vali Höll took the hattrick victory in the World Cup, eventhough she had a crash. A weekend full of highlights and goose bump atmosphere.
